Our daughter Jessica, has been a gymnast for 3 years at Midwest Training. She started out in the class as a toddler and is now a level 8 competitive gymnast at 10 years old! Jessica considers her fellow gymnast like sisters to her and her coachs are like a second set of parents. She has learned so much besides gymnastic skills. She has learned to be a very sympathetic and encouraging young lady. She is disciplined and organized in her school work and has maintained straight A's throughout the years. Gymastics has kept her focused and determined and following the right path in life. With all the bad influences out there in the world, her dedication to this sport has kept her making the right choices, and for that we are so thankful."

We've been a customer of Midwest Training for over three years. Each of our three daughters started gymnastics here in the recreational program. All three girls continued training and conditioning and joined the Midwest Training competitive team program. My daughter started gymnastics at a small local gym when she was two. When she was six I picked up her from school one day and said we had gym, she said she did not want to go. She never missed gym, so this was unusual. I told her that I knew about another gym we could check out and she was all for it. We headed to Midwest Training. When we walked in she watched over the wall for a few minutes, looked at me and said "This is where I want to do gymnastics". We've been there ever since. She and her younger sister are on the competitive team and love being at Midwest. They have made some of their best friends there!

If your looking for a place to have a birthday party, this is it! I decided to try something new and do a birthday party package on the ice and then spend some time in the gym!
